The food was amazing!!!!! We visited our last night here. I wish we would’ve came everyday!!!! The environment was nice, staff were friendly and the food was delicious. If you have to eat anywhere in Grand Cayman, make this your spot!
The food and service is 5 star all the way. I started with the corn soup and it was the best soup I’ve ever had. For dinner my wife had the snapper and I had Mahi Mahi and it was easily one of the best fish meals we’ve ever had. The service was first class all the way. We highly recommend.
I had an amazing dining experience at Saltwater Grill, and a big part of that was thanks to our server, Dianne and Ace. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome with a warm smile and friendly conversation. They were incredibly attentive, making sure our drinks were always refilled and checking in just the right amount—not too much, not too little.
Dianne also had great menu recommendations, and their enthusiasm about the food made our choices even better! We order Blackened Mahi, James River, and Dessert.
I know that Dianne she’s still in training, but I suggest keeping her because I believe she has the potential to succeed and complete her training to become an outstanding server. As a restaurant manager myself, I understand the importance of allowing trainees to learn at their own pace until they can perform their tasks perfectly.
That’s just my suggestion. We wanted to take picture with her but she’s busy in the inside. I hope that when we return, she’s still here.
Overall, the food was excellent, but the service truly stood out. I highly recommend asking Dianne for you won’t be disappointed!
The ambiance is fantastic. The food was incredible! We had the Saltwater Grill platter and it knocked our socks off. It has lobster, prawn, scallops, mahi, calamari, shrimp, veggies and potatoes. Highly recommend!
We went out for an evening dinner. The food was excellent. We had conch fritters, the seafood platter, mahi mahi & creme brullee & the quality was excellent. Analyn was our server & she was excellent.
